AltBar + Mental Health Connection + Happy Gut Sanctuary

We welcome poetry, music, comedy, or just sharing something about yourself and your mental health journey. We also welcome folks who don’t wish to share but would like to come by and support/connect in a safe space. Free to attend. Open to all. 🌈✨💚

Bonus: we are donating ALL of our tips from the night to two local groups we feel are doing important things for the Rochester community: the Roc Therapy Fund through @mentalhealthroc and to @roc_qonnection, both in honor of pride month! We're splitting the donation 50/50 between the two. 🌈 Read below to find out more about these groups or head to their Instagram accounts to find out more! @mentalhealthroc is led by @thewhitneyyoung, a member of the LGBTQ+ community and an advocate for eliminating financial barriers to therapy. Our donation will go straight to folks in need who need monetary assistance to pay for therapy! @roc_qonnection is a LGBTQ+ youth-led community group through The Center for Youth that fills a need to provide support and connection for our LGBTQ+ youth.
